Japanese Tetris?
If there's a single constant in the universe, besides all women being batshit insane, it's that those crazy little devils in Japan consistently churn out the strangest TV shows. I have to say, though, I wish they had a show like this in the US. Definately something for Tetris fans everywhere, young and old.
