The boss and I went to Balmain again this past Sunday for some lunch. The cafe we were hoping to get into was filled up and had no seats available, so we wound up wandering about for a suitable joint with good eats. We came upon 'Broom Tree Cafe' and, to my amazement, they had this on the menu:

This was the BEST schnitzel burger I've ever purchased. What's in it, you ask?

• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Cheddar
• Bacon
• Mother fucking HASHBROWNS
• Chicken schnitzel
• Mayo, mustard and ketchup

All this was served with homemade chips and aioli. I fucking swear to god, I heard my arteries harden just by looking at this magnificent sammich! If you're in Balmain, a Sydney suburb, you need to get to The Broom Tree Cafe and order this thing. FUCKING STAT!!!
